FA Cup Blockbuster: Arsenal Set to Take on Manchester United at Home

In a highly anticipated match-up, Arsenal will face off against Manchester United in the upcoming FA Cup third round next month. This clash will bring together the competition's two most successful clubs, with United being the reigning champions, having lifted the trophy for the 13th time last season, while Arsenal boasts a record-breaking 14 titles, with their most recent win in 2020. The exciting fixture is scheduled to take place on the weekend of January 11-12 at the Emirates Stadium. Meanwhile, Manchester City, who won the FA Cup in 2023 and finished as runners-up in the last competition, will face off against fourth-tier Salford City, a team owned by United's famous 'Class of 92' including David Beckham, the Neville brothers, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, and Nicky Butt. It promises to be a thrilling round of matches in the prestigious competition.

Liverpool are also at home to League Two opponents in Accrington Stanley.

Chelsea play Morecambe, the fourth division's bottom side, while Newcastle play other League Two strugglers Bromley.
